Project Description

• Designed and conducted exploratory research on key information behaviors (e.g., bookmarking resources, tools, links, etc.) by interviewing employees about their current and desired practices.
• Designed a prototype to support integrated bookmarking for employees, which was used in exploratory interviews and to illustrate key components of the overall experience strategy.
• Collaborated with one UX Researcher and one UX Designer.
